The Fast Track Pickup feature allows the player
to change pickups in a matter of seconds. This allows you to use the pickup
best suited to your performance or session. Many halls, clubs, and studios
have sightly different acoustics. The Fast Track Pickups allow
you to choose the pickup best suited for the occasion.
George L's have
designed two new pickups for the Sierra. These were designed to produce
the clarity of the single coil pickup, with the quietness of the
full humbucking design. These pickups are exteremely versatile, designed
for studio sessions as well as club and concert performances.
Pickup options available at no additional cost include:
- The 10 string George L's/ Sierra-1 produces
extremely clean highs as well as a very distinct bottom. the unique
composition and magnetic structure delivers superb note separation.
- The 10 string George L's/Sierra-2 is very
similar in design, with defferent wire type to produce a heavier
tone.
- The 12 String George L's/Sierra-1 produces
the clean highs of the 10 string with the fullness to carry the
Universal to its maximum.
- The 12 string George L's has an extraordinary design
to give the heavier tone with full 12 string range, yet keep the
clarity and individual note separation.
- It is the most adjustable pickup on the market.
You can balance the sensitivity of each string individually as
well as shade or color the tone of each string independently.
